The Quick Tenant window allows easy access to handle tenant billings, generate invoices, tenant and unit information. The Daily Task Manager will automate business operations such as invoice generation, late fee charges and rental fee generation, to help keep your operation organized and running efficiently. Symbio Standard can support Canadian postal settings and can output international currency settings within the Window's international environment.

Symbio Professional -is designed for a single facility with all the features of Symbio Standard, plus access control integration, import/export to Quick Books, retail inventory manager, Insomniac kiosk interface and batch credit card processing. Symbio Professional also supports angled parking spaces, stored vehicle information management, climate controlled units and can interface with door alarms using the DKS alarm interface hardware. Symbio Professional is suitable for standard storage facilities and can also be used to manage RV and boat storage, climate control facilities, portable storage and vehicle storage. Symbio Professional includes an accounts payable module, which provides you with a full accounting and management program.

Symbio Enterprise - Symbio Enterprise includes all of the features found in Symbio Standard and Symbio Professional, and is designed to manage larger storage operations and multiple facilities. Symbio Enterprise is a networkable system which allows multiple users to access and operate the software at the same time via AN or WAN. Companies can set up a secured network that allows access to the central database via a VPN (Client Licenses for additional PC users will need to be purchased separately). Symbio Enterprise includes ownership settings, which allows the software to manage different types of facility ownership such as corporations, partnerships and private ownership. Because of this, Symbio Enterprise can also be used as a property management solution, i.e., to manage other self storage facilities.
