The HRG 220 swing gate operator comes in several versions, can operate gate up to 16 feet long and up to 3000lbs. Battery operated versions available. These operators rise as they open. From the closed position, they raise vertically four inches, which automatically disengages, engages a locking pin from a socket in the driveway. The lift over the full rotation is twelve inches, and raises the gate over such obstacles as snow and inclines. Rated for continuous duty. The HRG operator is also very handsome when used with ornamental iron gates. An 82" post is standard, and custom taller heights are available. The unique post system blends well when aesthetics are a consideration.
