A clean, low-profile DoorKing swing gate opener for residential driveways
The DoorKing 6050 (model 6050-380) is DKS's residential swing gate operator for single-family homes and small private gates. It swings gates up to 10 ft wide and 400 lbs, from closed to 90° in about 10 seconds. A 1/2 HP motor on standard 115 VAC power drives it.
The arm attaches to the gate's bottom rail, so nothing is welded to the face of the gate. You choose pad mount or post mount when you order, with no field modifications. The G90 galvanized steel frame and sealed electronics hold up to sun, rain and Gulf Coast humidity.
Safety built in
- UL 325 and UL 991 compliant, ETL listed for Class I (residential) use
- Built-in Type A inherent reverse sensor and adjustable Type C mechanical clutch
- Inputs for Type B1 and/or B2 external entrapment devices, such as photo eyes or safety edges. UL 325 requires these, so plan to add them.
- Fail-safe release and tamper-detect circuit
