The HySecurity StrongArm M30 is a crash-rated barrier arm for vehicle entry points that have to stop a truck, not just control traffic. It is certified to ASTM F2656-07 M30-P1: a 15,000 lb truck at 30 mph, with about 1 meter of penetration. It runs on HySecurity's proven hydraulics and opens in as little as 6 seconds, so it can handle a busy gate without backing up traffic.

The StrongArm M30 NP and M50 NP are manually operated versions for high-security, low-traffic sites with no power at the gate. They open in about 1 to 3 minutes and close in about 15 to 25 seconds, depending on arm length.

What's the difference between the StrongArm M30 and M50?
The M30 is certified to stop a 15,000 lb truck at 30 mph (M30-P1). The M50 is certified at 50 mph (M50-P2). Use the rating your site's threat assessment or project spec calls for.
Is the StrongArm M30 the same as a regular StrongArm parking arm?
No. Standard StrongArm models control traffic. The StrongArm M30 and M50 are crash-tested barriers built to stop a vehicle.
